Welcome to ToolsBay, which is operated by Adarsh Bora, based in India. By accessing and using our website and suite of tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of the Services

ToolsBay provides a collection of web-based utilities (e.g., formatters, converters, generators). These tools are provided "as is" and are intended for personal or professional use. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Every tool on this site runs as client-side processing inside your own web browser. Files and text you give a tool are processed by code running in your own browser and are not uploaded — the one exception is the place you search for in the weather dashboard, which goes to the weather API. The security policy this site serves lets a page connect only to this site, the Open-Meteo weather API, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. None of those accepts a file. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected, and you can verify the policy yourself.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The site's original content, design and code are the intellectual property of Adarsh Bora, who operates ToolsBay. The open-source components it uses remain under their own licences. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer our site design or core codebases without explicit permission.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsBay and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or its tools. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of our conversion or formatting processes. Always verify your resulting data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the site after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
